Guest Experience Lead – Retail Store

About the role

The Guest Experience Lead ensures every guest receives a high‑quality, personalized in‑store experience. Working as part of the store leadership team, you will drive sales performance through exceptional product education and inclusive service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lululemon’s guest experience framework on the floor, providing technical product education to each guest.
• Assess guest connections continuously and step in to assist when team members are unavailable.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Analyze daily business data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and overall team development.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the floor.
• Passion for delivering inclusive, high‑touch customer experiences.
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and act on insights.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic store needs and guest demands.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of lululemon product lines and technical features.
