Guest Experience Gaming Manager – Moreton Bay

About the role

ALH Hotels is looking for a high-energy Guest Experience Gaming Manager in the Moreton Bay area. You will act as the face of the gaming room, leading a team of floor hosts and managing daily room operations. The role suits an experienced gaming manager ready to get on the floor, or someone with hospitality or retail management experience who wants to fast-track into management with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name, deliver high-touch host service and keep the room atmosphere energetic and welcoming
• Lead and coach a team of floor hosts to deliver fast payout execution, room presentation and attentive service
• Manage daily gaming room trade, oversee machine performance, handle cash balancing and enforce Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) standards
• Partner with the Venue Manager to optimise the gaming layout, run promotions and analyse room trends

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or floor leadership experience in customer service
• Strong people skills, with the ability to connect with guests and remember regulars
• Attention to detail, reliability with cash handling and pride in maintaining high room standards
• Current QLD RSA and RSG certificates; they will be covered if you do not have them yet
• Able to perform manual handling and lifting safely and efficiently, as part of regular duties such as moving stock
