Guest Experience Expert – Enhance Guest Services

About the role

Join Sheraton’s Guest Services team in Sydney and help create memorable stays for our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert you will support daily operations, act as a local knowledge resource, and ensure each guest receives personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services team with general operational tasks.
• Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations.
• Assign rooms based on guest requests and preferences whenever possible.
• Handle guest enquiries, create tailored experiences, and manage billing adjustments with attention to detail.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future bookings.

Required profile

• Experience with the OPERA property management system or a similar PMS.
• Relevant experience in a comparable hospitality role.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Motivated, self‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a can‑do attitude.
