Growth Strategy & Operations Associate

About the role

Join Blinq’s Growth team as a Strategy & Operations Associate, working closely with the Strategy & Operations Manager and cross‑functional partners in sales, marketing and product. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track learning experience in growth, RevOps and AI‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Run growth programs end‑to‑end, including outbound automations, referral schemes, direct‑mail and pricing experiments.
• Design, execute and analyse AI‑native go‑to‑market experiments in partnership with sales, marketing and product teams.
• Support RevOps initiatives by tracking metrics, building dashboards and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Operations Manager to develop and test GTM strategies and document learnings.
• Maintain and improve AI tooling across the growth stack, ensuring data quality and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑2 years) with a strong analytical mindset and interest in growth, strategy and operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and collaborating across sales, marketing and product.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
