Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Koala, a global furniture brand founded in 2015, is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to support its paid media engine. Working alongside the Growth Lead, you will build and run campaigns, manage budgets and turn data into insights for the creative, e-commerce, lifecycle and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and QA campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok and Google, and manage day-to-day performance
• Pace budgets and reassign spend according to agreed targets, scaling what works and cutting what does not
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly trends, flagging spend anomalies, CPA shifts and creative fatigue early
• Own the weekly performance read with the Growth Lead, focused on business-impact metrics
• Run structured tests across creative, account structure, bidding and landing pages
• Share creative insights (hooks, formats, messages, offers) with the Creative Strategist and partner with e-commerce, lifecycle and Data & Analytics to keep tracking healthy
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up reporting and analysis

Required profile

• 2-3 years in performance or growth marketing, in-house or agency; e-commerce or DTC preferred
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta and TikTok
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement, able to link in-platform metrics to business impact
• Clear, fast communicator who shares updates early and learns quickly

Required skills

• Understanding of performance creative
• Working knowledge of tracking set-up and pixel management
• Active use of AI tools to improve work speed and quality
