Growth Generalist (User Acquisition)

About the role

coreflow is building a new category of interactive entertainment powered by AI. As a founding member of the growth team, you will discover untapped acquisition channels and scale the ones that work, helping the product reach hundreds of millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and test novel distribution hacks, community partnerships, and viral content engines that are not covered by existing playbooks.
• Scale successful strategies into repeatable, automated growth engines with clear payback metrics.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, diagnose drop‑offs, hypothesise causes, and run experiments to improve conversion.
• Maintain and analyse the analytics stack to determine the true drivers of growth across messy, cross‑domain channels.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering rapid growth in a startup, consulting, finance or similar high‑pressure environment.
• Ability to execute ideas from concept through scrappy implementation to scalable process.
• Data‑driven mindset with a strong obsession for numbers and measurable results.
