Group Manager Assets and Projects

About the role

The City of Cockburn is looking for a Group Manager to lead its Asset Management, Facility Management, Civil Infrastructure, Traffic and Transport, Major Projects and Design functions. This strategic leadership role drives sustainable asset and infrastructure outcomes, delivers major capital works programs and ensures projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the City's strategic objectives and community expectations.

Required profile

• An experienced senior leader with a strong background in asset management, infrastructure, engineering, project delivery or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver complex capital works programs, manage budgets and influence key stakeholders.
• Highly developed leadership, governance and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and outstanding community outcomes.
• Legally permitted to work in Australia on a full-time permanent basis.
