Group FP&A Manager

About the role

This is a unique Group‑level finance opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader with strong accounting foundations. You will partner closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight that drives strategic planning, capital allocation and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Group planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Develop robust three‑way financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis and investment decisions.
• Analyse working capital, liquidity and net debt drivers to improve cash generation and balance‑sheet performance.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations for Executive, Board and Investment Committee reporting.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Total Tools Hardware Group and corporate leaders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems and reporting.
• Support strategic projects including M&A, due diligence and business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with extensive experience across FP&A, corporate finance, financial accounting and management reporting.
• Strong accounting foundations and deep understanding of how the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow interact.
• Advanced three‑way financial modelling skills, including forecasting, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data‑driven recommendations.
