About the role
An employer is looking for a reliable and experienced gardener / grounds maintenance worker for ongoing work, five days per week, in the Toowoomba area. The position starts as soon as possible and runs Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Whipper snipping and mowing
- Using blowers and other gardening equipment
- Maintaining outdoor areas
- General landscaping and maintenance duties
Required profile
- Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
- Blue card and current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- Current police check, or willingness to obtain one
- Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors
- Reliability and availability five days per week (most important)
Required skills
- Use of whippersnips, blowers and other gardening equipment
- Horticulture certificate is a bonus but not essential
