Grounds & Maintenance Team Member – Treasure Island Resort

About the role

Join the Grounds and Maintenance team at NRMA Treasure Island Resort, where you’ll keep the resort’s outdoor spaces and facilities looking picture‑perfect for guests enjoying a holiday atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain lush grounds, gardens, and resort amenities through mowing, pruning, hedging and weed control.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs, painting and general upkeep across caravan sites, cabins and other facilities.
• Handle pool maintenance and related tasks to ensure safe, clean swimming areas.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance requests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay.

Required profile

• Experience in groundskeeping and basic maintenance work with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently, follow safe work procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor tasks.

Required skills

• Pool upkeep and maintenance.
• Operation of ride‑on and push mowers.
• Pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control.
• Basic mechanical repairs and painting.
