Graphic Designer – Motion & Static (Brand & Campaigns)

About the role

POP MART OCEANIA is seeking a Graphic Designer (Motion & Static) to elevate its brand across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on creating high‑impact visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and retail experiences while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually compelling campaign and brand assets for digital, retail, and event environments.
• Design motion and static content, including videos, animations, banners, social posts, and marketing materials.
• Support major product launches, campaigns, and retail activations.
• Provide creative input, concept development, and visual storytelling.
• Handle video editing, motion graphics, and image production using industry tools.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Assist with content capture at events and activations when required.
• Collaborate with marketing and broader teams to bring concepts to life.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience with a strong, polished portfolio.
• Demonstrated brand, campaign, or consumer‑focused work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong foundation in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and animation.
• Ability to translate ideas into high‑quality visual outputs.
• Experience across digital and physical brand environments (retail, events, campaigns).
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
