Graphic Designer – Creative Marketing Role

About the role

OZ Design is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team. You will work closely with senior designers and the wider marketing, digital and content teams to create visual assets that support brand initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, EDMs and website.
• Produce in‑store signage, point‑of‑sale material and other print collateral.
• Prepare artwork for print production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and content teams to support multi‑channel campaign rollouts.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Motion graphics (preferred but not essential).
• Video editing (preferred but not essential).
• Figma (preferred but not essential).
