Graphic Designer – Apparel & Print Development

About the role

ALLFENIX Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Melbourne‑based team. The role focuses on developing garment graphics, engineered prints, and packaging artwork for both the ALLFENIX activewear brand and its private‑label WILO division. You will work closely with designers, garment technicians, and production teams to turn concepts into supplier‑ready files.

Key responsibilities

• Create original garment graphics, slogan concepts, and typography‑driven artwork aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Design placement graphics, logo applications, and engineered prints for a range of apparel categories.
• Develop seamless repeat patterns and scale artwork across garment blocks and graded sizes.
• Prepare production‑ready files for screen print, digital print, sublimation, and heat‑transfer processes.
• Design packaging elements such as hangtags, swing tags, labels, tissue, and mailers, ensuring correct colour profiles and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and garment technicians to verify artwork placement and meet factory requirements.
• Maintain organised artwork libraries with version control across seasons.

Required profile

• Strong creative ability to generate original graphic ideas, typography treatments, and slogan concepts.
• Technical understanding of how graphics translate onto garments and other printed media.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within production timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
