About the role
IBM Consulting is looking for a Graduate/Associate Package Consultant to support clients in selecting, implementing and supporting enterprise application packages such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. You will work in a collaborative, global environment, helping clients on their hybrid cloud and AI journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with the selection, implementation and production support of packaged solutions.
- Run or support workshops, stakeholder interviews and develop As‑Is/To‑Be process maps.
- Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive client solutions.
- Apply IBM Design Thinking to solve client challenges.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑changing consulting environment and handle multiple tasks.
