Graduate Occupational Therapist - Melton

About the role

Everyday Independence is recruiting a Graduate Occupational Therapist in Melton for its Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program, starting in February 2027 or one of its monthly intakes. The role is full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or a 9-day fortnight, with structured supervision and support from supervisors, team leaders and peers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and communities
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions
• Build meaningful relationships with participants

Required profile

• A recently completed Occupational Therapy degree and current (or pending) AHPRA registration
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check
• A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to work in community settings
