About the role

Join Everyday Independence’s Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program as a Graduate Occupational Therapist. You will work in community settings such as homes, schools, workplaces and local communities, delivering evidence‑based therapy to participants with disability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions in participants’ preferred environments.
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions.
• Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change for participants.

Required profile

• Recently completed an Occupational Therapy degree.
• Current (or pending) AHPRA registration.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to work in community settings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based occupational therapy practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Salary $80,104 – $84,609 per annum inclusive of leave loading, superannuation and vehicle options.
