About the role

Join Shell’s 3‑year Graduate Programme in Perth as a Maintenance Engineer. Starting February 15, 2027, you will rotate through key engineering functions, receive formal training and personalised coaching, and work on real energy‑related projects.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Recent graduate (final year or <3 years experience) in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset, resilience and a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, influence others and consider alternative perspectives.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
