About the role
Join Shell’s 3‑year Graduate Programme in Perth as a Maintenance Engineer. Starting February 15, 2027, you will rotate through key engineering functions, receive formal training and personalised coaching, and work on real energy‑related projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse operational situations and propose solutions aligned with Shell’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with diverse, experienced teams to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in job rotations, on‑the‑job training and formal education modules.
- Contribute fresh ideas to tackle energy challenges and support maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (final year or <3 years experience) in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset, resilience and a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, influence others and consider alternative perspectives.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
