Graduate Integration Developer

About the role

As a Graduate Integration Developer you will work alongside experienced technology professionals to design, build and support integration solutions that enable QIC’s systems to exchange data securely, reliably and efficiently. You will gain hands‑on exposure to modern enterprise technologies such as APIs, cloud platforms, messaging systems and automation tools while developing practical software‑engineering skills.

Key responsibilities

• Learn how enterprise integrations and APIs connect key business systems across QIC.
• Develop and enhance integration solutions using MuleSoft, Azure services and messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts, QA, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams on technology transformation initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt software‑engineering best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and investigating root causes.
• Gain exposure to cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and DevOps practices.
• Utilise AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate learning.
• Support production releases, controlled change activities and operational support processes.

Required profile

• Recently completed or soon‑to‑be completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in software development, integration technologies and cloud platforms.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Java, C# or Python.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Curiosity, initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn.
