About the role

RSM Australia is hiring a graduate for its Financial Planning practice. This is an entry-level position with a strong focus on learning and development, working alongside experts in the field. Key responsibilities

• Learn the relevant legislation, financial planning standards and industry practices
• Assist in preparing investment advice documents for clients
• Support financial advisers with general client administration and processes
• Support financial advisers in implementing investment recommendations

Required profile

• Completed a Business, Finance or Commerce degree, or a relevant graduate diploma in Financial Planning
• Completed university studies or scheduled to complete by the end of 2026
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
