About the role
Join Qantas Engineering on a 2‑year rotational graduate program based at the Mascot Campus. You will support the delivery of engineering solutions that keep Australia’s iconic fleet safe, efficient and reliable, while building your professional capability through dedicated mentoring and exposure to a broad network of engineering experts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in delivering engineering solutions that maintain aircraft operational standards.
- Contribute to landmark projects such as Project Sunrise.
- Improve processes for the existing fleet through work with Engines, Performance and Reliability teams.
- Rotate through multiple engineering functions, gaining hands‑on experience in an office‑based environment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and receive structured development support.
Required profile
- Final year or graduate (within 2 years) of a Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace or similar Engineering degree.
- Maintain a credit average or above.
- Available to start full‑time employment in February 2027.
- Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen.
