Graduate Engineer – Structural Engineering (Feb 2027 Program)

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s two‑year Graduate Development Program as a Graduate Engineer in Structural Engineering. You will work on major infrastructure and energy projects, gaining hands‑on experience while receiving structured learning, mentoring, and exposure across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of structural engineering work, including analysis, design, and technical documentation.
• Assist with creating drawings, models, and calculations, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and relevant codes.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to understand how designs are implemented in the field.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate structural inputs and support overall project delivery.
• Learn and apply industry tools, standards, and best practices through on‑the‑job experience and formal workshops.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or similar structural design software).
