Graduate Engineer – Construction

About the role

BESIX Watpac is looking for a Graduate Engineer to join its Construction SA division. This two‑year graduate program offers exposure to engineering, design, estimating and safety across a range of high‑profile construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost plans and tender documentation, reviewing project requirements and compiling tender lists.
• Support quality assurance and safety management by monitoring compliance, documenting non‑conformances and helping implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to estimating and project controls through quantity take‑offs, cost analysis, subcontractor scope reviews and budget forecasts.
• Perform general site, office and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Currently studying a university degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic and focus on timeliness, accuracy and punctuality.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Word.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook.
