Graduate Development Programme – Defence and Maritime

About the role

Austal, Australia's global shipbuilder and defence prime contractor, runs a two-year Graduate Development Program for recent graduates. Participants work on projects supporting Australia's sovereign shipbuilding capability, alongside experienced professionals, with rotations across disciplines, projects and business functions.

Required profile

• Completing a relevant tertiary qualification or having graduated within the last 24 months
• Full Australian working rights
• Available to start full-time employment on programme commencement
• Located in, or willing to relocate to, Perth, Western Australia
