Graduate Consultant - Tax Services

About the role

We are looking for a 2026 Graduate to join our Tax Services team in Sydney. In this position you will assist clients in navigating Australia’s complex tax environment, delivering tailored solutions that minimise risk and maximise opportunities while ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in preparing tax returns and compliance documentation for a diverse client base.
• Conduct research on Australian tax legislation and interpret its impact on client operations.
• Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and preparing recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated advisory services.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business (majoring in Accounting) or Law.
• Detail‑oriented, eager to learn and able to manage new challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Interest in gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and clients.

Required skills

• Understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements.
