Graduate Account Coordinator – Data Centres

About the role

Join Datacom’s Data Centre team as a Graduate Account Coordinator and support customers throughout their journey. This full‑time position offers exposure to commercial operations, customer relationship management and data‑centre services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests, monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with onboarding/off‑boarding, portal administration and account maintenance.
• Support reporting, contract renewals, pricing reviews and other commercial activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success and Service Delivery teams.
• Identify process improvements and help meet compliance, security and health‑and‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer‑first mindset and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, solve problems and work with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
