Gold Process Operator - FIFO

About the role

A well-established WA gold operation is recruiting Gold Process Operators for a FIFO role from Perth. The operator plays an important part in the safe and efficient running of the processing plant, helping the site meet production targets while keeping high safety and operational standards. Multiple positions are available with immediate starts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing, grinding and milling circuits
• Work across gold recovery circuits including CIL and CIP
• Carry out routine plant inspections and equipment checks
• Monitor plant performance and record operating data
• Help identify, report and troubleshoot plant issues
• Maintain strong safety and housekeeping standards
• Work with maintenance and production teams and contribute to continuous improvement

Required profile

• 12+ months of gold processing experience
• Exposure to crushing, grinding, milling, flotation, CIL and/or CIP circuits
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and National Police Clearance
• Ability to travel FIFO from Perth
