Global Head of Brand & Marketing

About the role

SLICKHAIR is seeking a Global Head of Brand & Marketing to own the worldwide marketing calendar, campaigns and execution. You will shape how the brand connects with customers across retail, digital, social and e‑commerce in every market, working closely with the Founder and the New Product Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global brand strategy, ensuring consistency across Australia, the Middle East, Europe and the US.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution, including flagship moments such as Coachella, holiday launches and the Target US rollout.
• Design market‑specific growth plans, championing international expansion and managing relationships with retail partners like Sephora, Priceline, Coles, Woolworths and Target US.
• Monitor and optimise brand performance metrics (sales, ROI, acquisition, engagement) to improve conversion and lifetime value.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing internal team, establishing creative standards, efficient workflows and deciding when to outsource work.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a global perspective on brand building.
• Hands‑on leader who can roll up sleeves and execute campaigns.
• Proven ability to partner with founders and cross‑functional teams, especially NPD.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing marketing teams.
