Global Discipline Director – Completions

About the role

The Global Discipline Director – Completions will lead the development and implementation of best‑practice completions processes across all project stages, from Stage 1 through Stage 5. Reporting globally, this senior leader will ensure seamless hand‑over from construction to commissioning and from project entities to owners/operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for completions excellence across all project stages.
• Champion the completions discipline, supporting project teams in applying best practices and maturing their completions strategies.
• Drive strong alignment between Construction and Commissioning, creating a “pull effect” that improves work sequencing and mechanical completion predictability.
• Integrate completions processes with operational readiness to enable high‑quality turnover and effective asset start‑up.
• Travel to remote project sites and client locations, including fly‑in/fly‑out assignments as required.

• Proven ability to create new approaches, improve processes and bridge technical execution with strategic foresight.
• Demonstrated leadership in inspiring, developing and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet teams and clients on‑site.
