Global Brand & Marketing Manager

About the role

This senior position works directly with the Founder & Creative Director to shape and execute global brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations and cultural activations for a fast‑growing luxury maison.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to develop global brand campaigns, launch narratives and cultural activations.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of omnichannel campaigns across DTC, retail, wholesale, PR, CRM, social and paid media.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, product, web, retail, PR, agencies) to turn concepts into execution.
• Oversee product launches, collaborations, overseas pop‑ups, retail activations and brand events, ensuring consistent customer experience.
• Manage and mentor Marketing Coordinators, building a high‑performing global marketing function.
• Use data, customer insight and market intelligence to refine campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain brand codes, tone, visual language and luxury standards across all markets.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, accessories or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, product marketing and omnichannel execution.
• Proven ability to contribute strategic and creative ideas, not just coordinate delivery.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple global workstreams.
• Comfortable in a founder‑led environment with high standards and fast pace.
• Deep appreciation for design, craftsmanship, culture and luxury purchasing drivers.
