General Manager - Clinical Support, Access & Specialists Outpatient Clinics

About the role

Albury Wodonga Health (AWH), the largest regional health service between Sydney and Melbourne, is seeking a General Manager for Clinical Support, Access and Specialists Outpatient Clinics. This senior executive role holds primary accountability for the operational and financial performance of a major division, working closely with Senior Medical Directors to improve clinical service delivery and patient outcomes. It also involves championing a culture of safety, inclusion and learning, and leading a diverse workforce.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior health sector leadership
• Master's degree in healthcare, business or policy
• Proven track record managing large budgets (over $100m)
• Strong clinical and corporate governance experience
