Gathering Supervisor

About the role

Our project in the Surat Basin is seeking experienced Gathering Supervisors to lead on‑site supervision of contractor and subcontractor groups within the CSG infrastructure team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day on‑site activities ensuring design, technical and quality standards are met safely, on time and within budget.
• Coach team members, resolve issues and act as the liaison between subordinates and upper management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies and safety standards; participate in incident investigations.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team to foster a culture of safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve project issues, proactively mitigating risks.
• Manage resources—including labour, equipment and materials—in line with project timelines.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets MPK and client‑specific quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and ensure compliance with MPK and client management system procedures.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment with client expectations.
