Functional Architect & Delivery Lead – Microsoft AI Business Solutions

About the role

PwC Australia is seeking an experienced Functional Architect and Delivery Lead to drive Microsoft AI Business Solutions for leading organisations. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, enterprise technology, AI and delivery leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define future‑state operating models and lead discovery, design and solution‑shaping activities across customer, service and operational domains.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Australia and offshore delivery centres, managing scope, risks, dependencies, quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, guiding decisions on process design, data, integration, security and platform governance.
• Facilitate executive workshops, build trusted relationships with Microsoft and client stakeholders, and support pursuits and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform transformations.
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams, programmes or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong business process, requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive leaders.
• Passion for using AI, automation and modern business applications to solve complex problems.
