Full‑time Store Associate – Customer Service

About the role

The Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO Epping. You will greet shoppers, maintain store standards and support the team in delivering a great shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards, cleanliness and back‑of‑house organization.
• Provide exceptional service on the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkout.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and update displays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable, able to talk to a wide range of customers.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full working rights in Australia and availability for a flexible full‑time roster.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in every task.
