About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join the MaxMara flagship store on Collins Street, Melbourne. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience for customers of this iconic Italian luxury fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to clients and assist them in selecting ready‑to‑wear pieces.
• Drive sales through effective product presentation, upselling, and meeting individual targets.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation in line with MaxMara guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in women’s wear or ready‑to‑wear fashion retail, preferably with luxury brands.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work Mondays, evenings, and weekends.
• Can‑do attitude, confidence in a fast‑paced environment, and a results‑driven mindset.
