About the role

Join the Authentic Factory Outlet team in Bundoora as a full‑time Sales Assistant. You will be the front‑line ambassador for the Converse brand, delivering an energetic and customer‑focused retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, solution‑oriented service to all customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote the Converse brand and its product range.

Required profile

• Passion for the Converse brand and streetwear fashion.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑to‑Saturday roster (76 hours per fortnight).
• Team‑player who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
