Full-Time Kitchen Utility (Remote) – NSW

About the role

Cater Care is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Kitchen Utilities on a permanent, full‑time basis. Working on site in the Central West of NSW, you will help maintain clean, safe and efficient dining environments while gaining valuable experience in facilities services.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and clear dining areas for staff and visitors.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all kitchen utensils and surfaces are spotless.
• Follow legislated food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide friendly, efficient service during peak periods.
• Support colleagues across departments as needed.
• Maintain dining‑room cleanliness, replenish stock and monitor crib food levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Kitchen Hand.
• Genuine, friendly customer‑service attitude.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and positive “can‑do” mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Valid driver’s licence (automatic or manual).
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
