Full Stack Web Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

IntoWork is seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join its Marketing and Digital team in Northcote, Melbourne. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the organisation's digital presence across a range of websites and web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise front‑end and back‑end web applications using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux and C#.
• Build scalable, secure solutions on AWS or similar cloud environments and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PHP).
• Ensure website performance, accessibility and cross‑device compatibility, and implement UX/UI designs from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage hosting environments, and integrate with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and IT teams to deliver digital projects and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
