Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Secure Code Warrior is an AI-powered software governance platform that gives organizations visibility into how their software is created, strengthens developer capability and reduces risk before code reaches production. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you deliver high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to done, while collaborating with peers. The technical stack is Go, Java, Node.js, TypeScript and React; exposure to Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools is highly valued.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to project tasks so they align with business goals, and drive improvements to system design and architecture
• Help implement engineering standards and best practices across the organization
• Design and implement backend services in Go, Java or Node.js, and identify bottlenecks to improve performance and reliability
• Build responsive frontend components with React and TypeScript, applying design patterns that bridge frontend and backend
• Own features end-to-end with minimal supervision, anticipate roadblocks and research solutions independently
• Guide junior engineers, conduct PR reviews and take part in interviews

Required profile

• Strong grounding in engineering fundamentals and practical experience across the software development lifecycle
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with peers and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC is a plus
