Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Proe AI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing engineering team in Sydney. Working directly with CTO Alex Morton, you will help build and scale an AI‑powered CRM platform designed for real‑estate agents across Australia. This early‑stage role offers high impact and immediate visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end features, from responsive front‑end interfaces to robust back‑end APIs.
• Collaborate with the CTO to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Help define engineering standards and best practices as the team expands.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack background with a backend‑leaning mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and PropTech.
