About the role

You will join a major client located in Sydney CBD as a Senior Consultant, developing custom .NET programs and delivering end‑to‑end solutions. The role requires deep expertise in .NET technologies and the ability to propose optimal designs for complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

Develop custom .NET applications for a major client in Sydney CBD.
Design, build and maintain web and Windows solutions using C#, WCF, WPF, EF, and related technologies.
Integrate services via REST, SOAP, MQ and cloud platforms.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Write and optimise SQL stored procedures and ensure code quality through unit testing and CI pipelines.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, SOLID principles and design patterns.
Proven ability to work in Agile environments and deliver high‑quality software.

Exposure to Cobol, VBA, Classic ASP, IBM BPM, JRules, Silverlight (desirable)
