Full Stack .NET Developer (Senior Consultant)

About the role

You will join a major client located in Sydney CBD as a Senior Consultant, developing custom .NET programs and delivering end‑to‑end solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to propose the most appropriate technologies for the client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom .NET applications, including web and Windows solutions.
• Integrate distributed software components, web services/REST, MQ services and cloud‑based applications.
• Build and maintain complex SQL stored procedures and relational database schemas.
• Implement front‑end features using ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and AJAX.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns and best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and use JIRA and Confluence for tracking.
• Perform unit testing, mocking (xUnit, Moq) and continuous integration using TFS or similar tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar development environment.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, SOA and Agile delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
