Full Stack Java Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop and maintain high‑quality software solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver effective solutions and support continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather, understand and document business requirements.
• Design, develop, test and document software applications in line with agreed specifications and coding standards.
• Contribute to technical solution design and identify opportunities to improve development processes.
• Estimate development effort, monitor progress and report on risks, issues and delivery outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proactive and analytical developer with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ownership of work, effective communication and commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.

Required skills

• Strong Java development with Spring and Hibernate.
• Full‑stack experience using React, HTML, jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with .NET C#, Python and R.
• Experience with SQL, DB2 and Azure Databricks.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Unix scripting, SVN, Bamboo and Crucible.
• Agile tools including JIRA.
• Automated testing experience with Cypress or similar.
