Full Stack Engineer

About the role
Join a fast‑growing Australian FinTech scale‑up as a Full Stack Engineer. You will work remotely with the option to use the Gold Coast office, collaborating closely with the Founder, CTO and a diverse product team to deliver innovative lending solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end feature development from concept to production.
- Collaborate with product, design and non‑technical stakeholders to define requirements.
- Maintain and enhance a PHP‑based backend using MVC principles.
- Build responsive front‑end interfaces with React and Redux.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience building web applications in dynamic start‑up environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical team members.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous and comfortable with remote work.
