Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead (Adelaide)

About the role

McMahon Services is building a long‑term internal software development capability in Adelaide. We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers and, for the right candidate, a Technical Lead to work on multiple greenfield projects that will modernise our project, finance and commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services, APIs and integrations using C# and .NET.
• Build modern Angular front‑end applications and ensure responsive UI/UX.
• Create and manage SQL Server databases, data models and reporting structures.
• Integrate enterprise platforms and business systems across the organisation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects and end‑users throughout the software lifecycle.
• For the Technical Lead role: provide technical leadership, guide architecture decisions, mentor developers and establish engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in C#/.NET development and Angular or similar front‑end frameworks.
• Strong background in SQL Server database design and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based delivery, DevOps practices and modern software delivery pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, commercial‑aware mindset.
