Full Stack Developer (Java/React)

About the role

Trideca is seeking a full‑stack engineer to join a healthcare squad. You will work on a balanced 50/50 mix of React front‑end and Java back‑end development, delivering new features and enhancements for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance existing features using React and Java.
• Develop backend services and APIs, and contribute to front‑end work as needed.
• Implement changes based on clearly defined requirements and designs.
• Make targeted improvements to performance, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ship work quickly.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a full‑stack engineer, ideally mid‑level.
• Strong Java backend experience (Spring or similar).
• Good working knowledge of React.
• Ability to work independently and maintain momentum without heavy hand‑holding.
• Practical mindset focused on delivery rather than architecture debates.
