Full Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a remote Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI‑enhanced web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack, integrating large language models and building scalable backend services that power intelligent user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered features using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or similar LLMs, including RAG pipelines, chatbots, and copilots.
• Design and implement prompts, guardrails, and evaluation processes to ensure AI accuracy and safety.
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices with Node.js or Python, and manage data processing pipelines.
• Integrate third‑party systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and maintain multi‑tenant SaaS architecture.
• Create modern front‑end applications using React and Next.js, embedding AI components into dashboards and chat interfaces.
• Deploy and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL, and Docker‑based CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search to build document ingestion and indexing pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to design secure, high‑performance systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 1–2+ years of hands‑on experience building AI‑powered or LLM‑based applications.
• Experience with enterprise AI copilots, conversational AI platforms, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant SaaS architecture and responsible AI practices.
• Background in high‑growth startup or product‑led environments.
