FRP Civil Supervisor – Regional NSW Energy Project

About the role

MCS Civil is seeking an experienced FRP Civil Supervisor to lead formwork, reinforcement and concrete pour activities on a major energy infrastructure project in regional New South Wales. The role involves coordinating crews, subcontractors and material supplies to ensure safe, on‑time delivery of high‑quality civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily formwork, reinforcement and concrete pour operations.
• Coordinate site crews, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Plan and schedule labour, materials, equipment and plant requirements.
• Conduct pre‑start meetings, toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Monitor productivity, report progress and maintain quality records.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience on FRP works in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and formwork systems.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary site teams and manage multiple work fronts.
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence.
