Front Office Supervisor – Nights

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor – Nights will report to the Front Office Manager and ensure a high level of guest service throughout the night shift at Pullman & Mercure King George Square.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during check‑in, check‑out and throughout the stay.
• Maintain procedures, documentation and guest confidentiality.
• Promote and up‑sell hotel facilities using strong product knowledge.
• Participate in training and development programs for the team.

Required profile

• Based in Australia with the right to work.
• Confident, guest‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage time, juggle multiple tasks and handle large crew movements.
• Available to work overnight on a 7‑day roster, including public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera property management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Valid manual driver’s licence.
