Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is looking for a full-time Front Office Supervisor with proven front office experience, leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position involves leading the team and handling guest arrivals and departures, with a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 11:00pm, and immediate start available.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and a warm welcome for all guests.
• Serve as a role model, sharing expertise and motivating the team to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily tasks so they are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently for a smooth check-in and check-out.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to keep guest satisfaction high.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team; prior supervisory experience is highly regarded.
• Extensive hospitality background, ideally in a hotel or resort, with a clear understanding of guest service standards and operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a consistently positive, professional demeanour under pressure.
• Strong time management and flexibility to work weekends and vary schedules.
• Impressive professional presentation.
