Front Office Supervisor

About the role

Ayers Rock Resort is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, Northern Territory, about 20 minutes' drive from Uluru. The supervisor leads the Front Office team, oversees daily front office operations and ensures guest satisfaction and accurate adherence to procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes follow department procedures.
• Assist in training new front office team members and act as a role model.
• Provide a high standard of service to guests by responding to enquiries and issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Experienced Front Office professional with strong conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT; a National Criminal History Check is mandatory.
